Gastone Berni is a company specialized in the realization of products for our customer companies: all our products are based on technical specifications provided by our customers.
The capacities of our equipment, together with a qualified and efficient group of suppliers, allow us to supply in a very short time a product complete with the treatment and qualities requested and with an excellent quality level.
Our production focuses on working of on hexagonal and cylindrical section bars of mild steel (as 11SMnPb30, 14SMnPb36, 44SMn28,11SMn30, etc.)
in sizes compatible with our machines.
The operations that we are able to execute besides the automatic or C.N. turning, are the assembling of our production’s items (as nuts crimping on nipples) and, through the collaboration with companies qualified by our quality system, all the heat and galvanic treatments.
Our typical production mainly pivots on steel fittings for high pressure hoses but more than 20% of it is represented by a wide range of items for the automotive industry and the mechanical industry in general.
